I was asked to focus on trying to capture images using '3' as a constant theme, whether that is the number, groups of 3, patterns of 3, or objects put together to form a 3.
I really enjoyed this task and it wasn't actually that difficult to find a lot of 3's, I really enjoy the patterns that can be found, the grouping of 3 seems to create a real visual impact on a photograph, it is quite clear what the theme s even without being told, the pattern of 3 stands out.
In our groups, we had to choose 5 favourite photographs and choose an underlying reason of why we picked those 5.
These are the 5 photographs of mine that my group chose, after comparing the 5 I have come to the conclusion that they most of the placements of the 3's whether that be the number or the grouping of 3 objects, all have similar placement in the image, they are mostly on placed on a certain side of the image, and not centred, resulting in the rest of the image just using space.
